There are days when I detest going grocery shopping. Now they have all these apps and programs where you can shop for your groceries online, however, I am way too much of a control freak about what food is purchased. I don't think I have it in me to trust someone else to pick out the perfect fruit or vegetable.

Now, as we will see later in this article, it seems even the grocery stores can't be trusted. While I have a great job I, like everyone else I know, am on a budget. Every dollar is accounted for and with two teenagers in the house staying on budget is a must. So this next article was slightly disturbing to me. We all know that stores are out for profit but there is something about finding out how they get more out of you then they need that makes one feel slightly…..taken advantage of.

So let's look at what sort of tricks they have been using and what we need to look for in order to keep our hard earned dollar where it belongs…in our pocket!
