There is nothing better than getting your friends and family gathered around the grill. Yet as everyone starts making their plans there is always one questions that is the first to come up…what are we eating
Now my family are a bunch of foodies and keeping them waiting on food is as difficult as keeping the kids out of the pool after they've eaten so I know that when it comes to these holiday bbq's fast and efficient is always the way to go.
We also like to keep things extremely low maintenance at our house so the fewer dishes to wash the better. So we always seem to gravitate towards sandwiches or sliders. We have had some amazing ones in the past but this one is one of my favorite. It is something about the crispness of the slaw to the buffalo flavor that really brings it all together.
