Celebrity Chef Aaron Sanchez’s Charred Coleslaw With Miller Lite Michelada Vinaigrette & It’s Surprisingly Delicious

When I first heard the name of this dish I will admit that I may have turned my nose up at it. I am a huge fan of coleslaw but coleslaw with a Miller Light Vinaigrette seems a bit odd. Granted I am a fan of beer can chicken so this can't be too far off right.

With Summer winding down we are trying to enjoy the last weeks of by adding in extra bbq's and soaking up every moment of sunlight we can before temperatures drop and we are forced indoors.

So let's keep reading and take a look at what we will need to have on hand in order to make this dish. I would recommend adding it as a side to the beer can chicken and make a day of it!
