Copycat Recipe: Panera Cinnamon Crunch Bagel

One of our favorite indulgences is the sweet and savory cinnamon crunch bagels from Panera Bread. Wow! They're loaded with amazing, mouthwatering flavor, thanks to decadent ingredients like cinnamon, brown sugar, white chocolate chips, and honey. Yum! However, while we certainly like to reward ourselves with a guilty pleasure once in a while, to really be able to enjoy them, we decided to make a slightly healthier version we could have every day!

This copycat version is every bit as good as the original, even with the addition of some healthy ingredients, including substituting whole wheat flour and adding some coconut oil. In fact, we think these changes even enhance the already delicious flavor! To top it all off, these enticing cinnamon crunch bagels have a crispy topping made from granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon and coconut oil. Delicious!
