- 1 cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- Cayenne Pepper To Taste
- 1/2 cup Canola Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- Extra Salt And Pepper, To Taste
The Step By Step Directions To Follow:
- Rinse pork chops. Salt , pepper both sides.
- Combine dry ingredients. Dredge each side of pork chops in flour mixture.
- Heat oil over medium to medium-high heat. Add butter. Cook 3 pork chops at a time, 2 – 3 minutes on first side; 1 – 2 minutes on other side. Remove to plate, repeat with remaining porch chops.
