This Burger is So Spicy It Almost Bites Back!
It doesn't get much better than a good ol' fashioned, nice and juicy hamburger, does it? Well, that's what we always thought, but this recipe has challenged us to think otherwise. We're longtime fans of the traditional all-beef hamburger patty grilled to perfection and then topped with lettuce, tomato, maybe a little cheese, and of course a hearty bun.
Well, as much as we like that version of the hamburger, we recently discovered another that's truly mouthwatering and absolutely loaded with flavor. This version combines that traditional hamburger with spicy and savory Cajun bacon, topped by rich and creamy melted Cheddar cheese. This is definitely a burger for true meat lovers, because to get the most flavor it's recommended to forego the lettuce, tomato and other toppings so that the meat takes center stage.
