If you walk into any kitchen in around the world I guarantee you that their pantries will all have one thing in common: Cooking Oils! I know that in my kitchen Olive oil is a staple. I use it in everything from stir-fries to omelets, salad dressings, and even hair conditioner. The only other oil I use is usually Coconut Oil or vegetable oil.
I’ve recently introduced other oils into my cooking regime as well and I have had incredible results. I have so many delicious flavors stimulating my senses; even the blandest dishes have been upgraded and altered. If your kitchen is stocked with an assortment of oils, you can change up a recipe and add variety to your days, without a bunch of ingredients.
Many oils are also exponentially healthier than olive oil. In fact, did you know that Hemp oil is considered a superfood and has an amazing nutty flavor.
