It never fails, you put something into the oven and sure enough, it comes out either underdone, overdone and if you're lucky somewhere in the middle. Every oven in the history of ovens seems to have a personality of its own. I could tell you horror stories of trying to cook dinners just after moving into a new home only to find that the new oven did not in fact heat like my old oven. Normally the first week of any move is filled with take-out boxes and fast food bags while I try and figure out how to get a meal to come out right.
That was at least until I found this hack. I am not sure why I never thought of this before as it is extremely simple and doable by pretty much anyone who is old enough to work an oven.
