Jiggy Gelatin Kisses

Jiggy Gelatin Kisses

What a fun way to serve up some jello with little mess and lots of fun.

This is an inexpensive treat that you can make for your little ones to take to school or just to have at home.

I just love making these for my kids on Valentines. Do you want to treat your little love bugs with some Jiggly gelatin kisses?

Here is how to serve up some Jiggly gelatin kisses!

Servings: 15 lip smackers
Store Items:

Lip shaped cookie cutter or heart shaped (I bought lips)

Ingredients:

4 envelopes unflavored gelatin
3 packages (3 ounces each) red flavored gelatin (or your favorite flavor)
Pink decorating icing

Let's get jiggly!

1. In a large mixing bowl, pour all the red gelatin in and add 3 cups of boiling water. Stir until it has dissolved (about 3 minutes).
2. Pour 3 cups of cold water into a large mixing bowl and empty the 4 envelopes of unflavored gelatin. Mix the gelatin until completely dissolved.
3. Pour the clear gelatin in with the red gelatin, and stir to combine. Once completely combined, pour the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan, and refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
4. Put 3 cups of hot water into a bowl and dip the lip-shaped cookie cutter into hot water, then cut out shapes from the set gelatin.
5. Trace the outline of lips or the hearts using pink decorating icing.
