Yes, it will become more tender. But it won’t become larger. If you put 1″ cubes of meat into your crockpot, you won’t get filets unless your crockpot is magic.

I’m suspect of this site. Every time I forget and click on it, it doesn’t ever show the recipe, it wants email info and or to register with them.

    Get Started…
    Ingredients To Gather:
    • 2 lb. beef sirloin, cut into 1 inch cubes, and patted dry
    • 1 1/2 c. flour
    • 1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
    • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    • 3 TBS vegetable oil
    • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 (15 oz.) can beef broth
    • 1 envelope onion soup mix
    • 1 c. water
    • 1 beef bouillon cube
    • 1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
    • Salt and Pepper to taste
    • Dried Parsley for garnish
Now That You Have Your Ingredients Gathered All Up It’s Time To Get Started!
Now before you start throwing everything in your crock pot or slow cooker there are some things that you have to be aware of.
If you rush the preparation of The Steak Tips & Gravy you can ruin the entire thing. There is a special step that you need to keep in mind.
The Beef needs to be seared a bit with a special blend of spices and the sauce does take a little time. If you rush this then your sauce will come out thick and lumpy.
The original recipe has a smooth sauce that can be used as a gravy. I personally think this is one of the bests parts. You definitely need to keep the next step in mind so you can achieve this.
The whole preparation for this take will take about ten minutes but it’s highly worth it.

Now that you have your ingredients gathered it is time to warm up that skillet with some Olive Oil and start searing those tender Steak Tips! You also need to start making the sauce. We think you are really going to enjoy this recipe!
Here Is The Rest Of The Instructions…
    The Step-By-Steps Directions To Follow:
    • In a large bowl combine flour, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
    • Dredge sirloin pieces lightly in flour mixture.
    • In a large skillet heat oil over medium-high heat.
    • Brown beef in batches, until browned on all sides.
    • Remove to a paper towel lined plate.
    • When all beef is browned, add to Crock Pot.
    • In a small bowl combine soup, onion soup mix, beef broth and Worcestershire.
    • Mix well.
    • Pour over beef.
    • Add water, bouillon cube, salt and pepper to taste.
    • Stir well.
    • Cook on LOW 6-8 hours until gravy has thickened a bit and beef is cooked through.
    • Serve over cooked egg noodles, rice or mashed potatoes.
    • Garnish with parsley if desired.
    Finished!
