All too often, breakfast doesn't get the attention it deserves. After all, we're all very busy and often don't have time to cook a full meal for breakfast. It's really quick and easy to make, but it's a hearty meal that will start your day off right and keep you going all day.

This frittata is loaded with delicious flavor, thanks to the rich and gooey Gruyere cheese, the caramelized onions and the toasted bread cubes. There's also Dijon mustard, black pepper, fresh chives, balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Wow! We also like this frittata for lunch or brunch, and it's the perfect thing to make when you're inviting the gang over and really want to impress them.
