Slow Cooker Garlic Ale Beef Sliders

Slow Cooker Garlic Ale Beef Sliders

Yes! The name alone is mouthwatering!

When looking for the perfect food to go along with a small get together I was having this weekend I decided I needed something savory, easy to prepare and enough to feed a small crowd of hungry guests. We are going with a laid back atmosphere. Think end of summer meets Diner, Drive In's & Dives.

So I hit the world wide web to find what delicious dish could meet all three of these requirements and that is when I stumbled upon these Slow Cooker Garlic Ale Beef Sliders. Talk about a match made in culinary heaven. These met every single one of our wishes and the name makes us sound like we know what we are doing in the kitchen. Again this is super simple to create but first, you need to get all of your ingredients together.

You will need:

  • 3-pound beef chuck roast
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 cup beer (use your favorite!)
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Buns
  • Sliced Colby Jack cheese

Once you have all of that compiled, let's keep reading and take a look at page two and see what you will need to do in order to create these delicious sliders
