Have you ever found one of those life hacks that float about on social media that show you something and make you question everything you know? I have. It seems that on a daily basis now I am baffled at how I am able to walk through life not knowing some of these most basic of things! These instructions usually leave me feeling as if my entire life and the way I do it needs examining!
Cooking has always been something that I have enjoyed. Even as a young girl my mother and I would spend time in the kitchen and I would watch her cook as she would show me things I could do to help. Yet now that I have seen some of these how-to instructions I often wonder how much time we could save by working smarter and not harder!
Better late than never I guess. AT least that is how the saying goes.
