This recipe makes enough for twelve to eighteen servings so there should be plenty for everyone to enjoy. The dough has to rise for about an one and a half to two hours and then the rolls take eighteen to twenty minutes to bake. One bite and you'll forget all about how long you had to wait to try them!

Let's Get Started!

The Ingredients To Gather:

1 cup  milk
2 eggs
⅓ cup butter
4½ cups bread flour or regular flour
1 teaspoon salt
½ cup white sugar
1 pkg yeast ( not instant yeast)
Filling:
1 cup brown sugar
2½ tablespoons ground cinnamon
⅓ cup butter
Icing:
3 oz cream cheese
¼ cup butter
1½ cups confectioners' sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
⅛ teaspoon salt

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

Microwave milk 45-60 seconds. Dissolve yeast in warm milk.  Add sugar, butter, salt, eggs,  flour. Mix well. Knead dough into ball, using your hands dusted  with flour. Put in bowl sprayed with cooking spray, cover tightly with plastic wrap. Let rise in  warm place about 1 hour or until dough has doubled in size.
Combine brown sugar, cinnamon. Spray surface with cooking spray or sprinkle flour on it. Roll dough into 16×21 inch rectangle about ¼ inch thick. Spread dough with ⅓ cup softened butter, sprinkle  with sugar/cinnamon mixture. Roll up dough starting with  longer side, cut into 12 large rolls (18 smaller rolls). Place rolls in  lightly greased  glass baking dish.  Cover, let rise until nearly doubled, 30-60 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake rolls 18-20 minutes. While rolls are baking, beat together cream cheese, butter, confectioners' sugar, vanilla extract, salt. Spread half frosting on them when they are still warm and the other half after they've sat for a couple of minutes.
