They Make Every Meal a Little More Special!

We're a huge fan of no-bake desserts. Sometimes you don't have the time or energy to spend hours in the kitchen or continually check on the oven to make sure you're not burning your creation, and sometimes in hot weather, the last thing you want to do is fire up the oven. So we were very excited when we discovered this recipe for these rich, tangy but also exceptionally creamy no-bake lemon squares. We've made a lot of lemon-based desserts, but we have to say, this one really stands out.

That's in large part because of the amazing crust, which is made out of gingersnap cookies. While that's not a combination we had ever thought of, it turns out the two flavors complement each other remarkably well. The spicy flavor of the crust is contrasted by the sweet, creamy lemon filling, which is made from cream, milk and lemon juice. Wow! These are elegant little treats that are incredibly easy to make and ideal for your next party or gathering.
