This Cake Is Absolutely Amazing The Filling Has To Be My Favorite Part!

This is a quick, original and completely scrumptious cake! It serves twelve to sixteen people – so there may be a little left over for your kids!

Ingredients To Gather:

  • 2 pkg cake mix (regular size)
  • 1 ice cream cone
  • 4 cans (16 ounces each) Pillsbury Happy Birthday Funfetti Orange All Star Vanilla frosting
  • 2 Oreos
  • 1 pkg  ready-to-use rolled black fondant

Directions To Follow: 

1. Prepare and bake cakes according to package directions, using bundt pans.
2.  Cut thin slice off bottom of each cake. Spread one cake bottom with frosting; press flat sides together to form a pumpkin shape.
3.  Place a ball of foil in the center of the cake to support the “stem”. Top with an ice cream cone. Frost cake..
4. To decorate face: Roll out fondant to 1/8-in. thickness; cut into desired shapes for mouth and nose. Remove tops from two Oreo cookies; cut out half circles in filling for eyes. Press cookies and fondant onto cake to make the face.

Don't forget to cool the cakes after you've baked them!

What we really like about this cake it that it’s as good for Thanksgiving as it is for Halloween. All you need to do is leave of the Jack-o'-Lantern face and you have a wonderful Autumn pumpkin cake suitable for a Thanksgiving get-together!
