The last time we had baklava was at Christmas, about five years ago and it was brought to our home by our clever Aunt Molly who was one of the best bakers in the world! Sadly, Aunt Molly is no longer with us but we still remember that baklava, the cinnamon and honey and so wished we had gotten her recipe before it was lost to future generations!

There may never be another Aunt Molly’s Baklava but we think we come pretty darn close with the following yummy recipe!
