So am i not adding enough milk for mine to always come out like a thick glob? And not browning the flour enough since it comes out as a light tan/white? I suck at gravy…

Be sure to scrape up brown bits from pan ( flavor) . Akso, Gravy Master works great too for color & flavor.

Gravy is really simple. Simply removed your bird, if you’re making chicken gravy, or your meat, if it’s brown gravy. In a container with cover, add flower and water to right consistency, shack container till mixed well, add to droppings, if not enough add more mixed flour and water to attain your liking…

2 tablespoons of pan drippings to 1 cup milk and 1 cup water? that’s got to be a pretty bland gravy.

To the person who wants to know what to substitue for the pan drippings. That would be a brown gravy mix.
