Watermelon sherbet has always been one of our favorite summertime treats. It's just so light and refreshing, and the perfect way to cool off on a hot summer day. We love watermelon sherbet even more now that we've discovered this incredibly easy no-churn method. All you need is a food processor, plus you only need two ingredients: cubed watermelon and sweetened condensed milk.

The secret is freezing the watermelon solid before blending it in the food processor. This way, you don't need to churn it in an ice cream machine. It's really simple to make and also really quick, so you don't need to spend a lot of time to be able to indulge in one of your favorite treats.
