    After browning chops put in shallow baking dish add onions etc and sauté? How can you sauté in a baking dish?

    I roll mine in flour that has garlic powder, black pepper. And salt. Brown them in a skillet with a little oil. Cover with foil and bake on 400 for 45 minutes. They are very tender. Can cut with a fork.

    This recipe calls for making a gravy and pour over and bake—–in the picture it looks like it Is broiled, also shows asparagus and yellow peppers on pan but not in recipe.

    most of Walmart meat comes from Cargill and the chicken comes from Perdue or Tyson Foods. It is prepackaged at processing facilities and the Walmart truck picks it up. Nothing wrong with Walmart meats.

    I made this last week. It’s fabulous. Put onions in same skillet you browned chops in to saute. Gravy measurements are right on.
    Next time I’ll half cook baked potato and slice thin to put in too!
