To say I have a sweet tooth is somewhat of an under exaggeration. If the human body could survive off of sugar and empty starches then I would be the happiest person on the planet.
I have always gravitated towards anything that was sweet. Even as a child I had a serious sweet tooth and the best day of the week was when the ice cream man showed up and we would line up in the hot sun to get whatever treat we had saved up enough change for.
Now that I am older and can use the oven without the supervision of an adult I find that baking is one of the best ways to spend an afternoon. Sure, cooking is great and I love it but baking….that is something else altogether!
This week I had the pleasure of hosting some friends over and with that, I decided to make this Lemon Blueberry Cream Cheese Galette. To my pleasant surprise, this dessert was a huge success.
So let me share with you what I did and how I made this amazing dessert.
