This Macaroni Coleslaw Is an Unexpected Twist on 2 Summertime Favorites

Mix Things Up This Summer With This Refreshing and Delicious Salad!

If you've ever been to a potluck dinner or a summertime backyard cookout, you've likely noticed that whatever else they may be serving, almost all of these gatherings have both macaroni salad and coleslaw. In fact, we'd even say that the regular appearance of these two dishes is a definite sign that summer has arrived! We like both of those dishes, but we're kind of curious about how they might taste mixed together. Well, it seems that we weren't the only ones wondering about this because we recently discovered macaroni coleslaw, a delectable recipe that merges the two!

This scrumptious side dish is loaded with goodies, including ditalini pasta, along with mayonnaise, sugar, coleslaw mix, onions, celery, green pepper, cucumber and spices and seasonings like salt and pepper. Yum! It's really quick and easy to make, too, making it the perfect dish to make when you're unexpectedly hosting guests or you've been asked to bring something to a last-minute gathering. Just cook the pasta, stir in the rest of the ingredients and then chill before serving. Yum!
