For the life of me, I cannot seem to perfect the art of making an omelet. I somehow always end up making scrambled eggs. Now those always turn out great but when you want an omelet, scrambled eggs just don't always cut it.
So I was researching online some tips and tricks on how to make the process simpler when I found this and was floored. I mean I had to watch this a couple of times just to see if it was really true. I mean, who makes an omelet with no skillet and a plastic bag!
I went ahead and compiled some ingredients for you as well as the video in question so you can see for yourself how it's done. The great thing about this process is I can make multiples at the same time so it's perfect on busy mornings!
I was skeptical but it seems to work. I will be trying this tomorrow morning so hopefully it works just as well for me.
