We Didn’t Think It Was Possible For A Classic Grilled Cheese To Get Any Better Until We Added This!

This grilled cheese recipe makes enough for two servings so if you want to make it for your whole family or some friends, you can double the ingredients. This recipe uses hot sauce for an extra spicy kick but if you don't like spicy food, you can leave it out. You can also use any kind of cheese you want.

Let's Get Started…

The Ingredients To Gather:

  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • Several Dashes Hot Sauce
  • 2 slices Sandwich Bread
  • 3 whole Hard Boiled Eggs
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 2 slices Cheese
  • More Butter, For Grilling

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

  1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium-low heat, cook onions low and slow for about 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove them when they're deep golden brown and soft.
  2. Fry bacon in same skillet until slightly crisp. Remove to a paper towel to drain.
  3. Combine mayonnaise, hot sauce, stir. Taste and add more hot sauce if needed.
  4. Sprinkle the sliced eggs generously with salt and pepper.

Serve & Enjoy!
