We're big fans of cheesecake. In fact, we make it for dessert at least a couple of times a month, and no matter how often we indulge in it we never get tired of it. We also love apples, particularly the caramel-coated version or any other type that's been turned into a decadent dessert. That's why we were so excited when we found this recipe for cheesecake-stuffed apples. It's the best of both worlds! What could be better than a dish that combines two of our favorite treats?

With this recipe, the apple is essentially the crust for the rich and creamy cheesecake filling, which combines cream cheese, vanilla and sugar. The outside of the apples are coated with melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon before cooking, and then dusted with cinnamon and crushed graham crackers when they're done. Wow! That's one heck of a dessert!
