If your household is anything like mine, Holidays always mean lots of left overs. It's actually something I tend to look forward to and I often times like to challenge myself with new and interesting ways to re-purpose all those tasty treats left over from the days before.
As with most Holidays, there always seem to be some staple dishes left over. Easter is no different. Besides the ham, salads and dips I'm almost positive you're going to end up with plenty of left over hard boiled eggs.
