Why Everyone Needs To Stop Eating Margarine

The debate between margarine and butter is as strong as the debate between Miracle Whip & Mayonnaise. Each side is set in their ways and neither one wants to give up the crown.

The margarine craze began long ago. During World War II we were told to eat more margarine because butter was in a short supply. So while butter was more natural it was still not as prevalent so people turned to margarine. Once the war was over and butter was back on the shelves many had already adjusted to using margarine so the tradition carried on.

Everyone says that butter is high in fat and cholesterol so it shouldn't be spread on your bagel, toast or used cooking. However, margarine, which is a synthetic form of butter isn't that great either; however, it does have less fat, sodium and the process of making it is better.

Everyone now is disregarding margarine, though it is better, and exchanging it for butter (that fattening stuff). So what gives? Well, after a little digging into why in the world people are using the opposite we found out the answer and couldn't be happier about it.

    margerine or Oleo as I call it was developed as turkey feed, they would not eat it. So let’s feed it to humans, after we color it yellow

    Margarine has little plastic like particals that do not biodegrade easy and store in your fat cells and collects toxins

    Moderate portions of butter is better than margarine.
