  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 teaspoons powdered seasoning

  • 3 lbs pork tenderloin
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 slices of pineapple
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • cilantro

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

  1. Place chilies, garlic, water in pot cook 15-30 minutes, until chilies soften.
  2. Pour mixture into a blender add black pepper, cumin, seasoning, sea salt Blend until sauce is thick.
  3. Place pork in baking tray cover in olive oil.
  4. Bathe in sauce, broil at 420°F for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven, let sit 10 minutes.
