This easy two step recipe is the perfect idea for your next meal. With the use of simple pantry ingredients and chicken wings, you'll have made something that the whole family will love. In fact, these are such a hit that you should consider bringing them to your next party.
Things You Will Need:

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 medium onion, finely minced
-
⅓ cup light soy sauce or coconut aminos
-
2 teaspoons rice vinegar
-
1 tablespoon olive oil
-
3 tablespoons honey
-
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
-
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
-
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
-
2 pounds chicken wings
How To Prepare:
- Marinade your chicken in your marinade made up of the rest of your ingredients. Place everything (reserve a small amount of marinade for cooking process) in a gallon size Ziploc bag and refrigerate over night, preferably 24 hours.
- Bake chicken wings in a preheated oven at 400 degrees F. You'll want to use a rimmed baking sheet that has been coated in non stick spray. Bake for about 30 minutes before brushing the wings with the rest of the marinade. Then go ahead and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Note: Serve with carrot and celery sticks with ranch for the ultimate wing spread. I suggest pairing with a light and refreshing beverage that offers a little froth and bubble to wash those wings down. Yum!
