For a whole cake, it takes about twenty to twenty-five minutes to bake and for cupcakes about fifteen minutes.

• 2 1/4 cups flour
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/4 cups milk
• 1/8 cup vegetable oil
• 1 stick butter
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 3 eggs

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

1. Measure flour into mason jar.
2. Add sugar, baking powder, salt.
3. Combine dry ingredients with butter 30 seconds.
4. Add milk, oil, vanilla eggs, mix on medium-high one minute.
5. Bake at 350, twenty to twenty-five minutes.
