
Cooking Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchini (about 1 pound total)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan (3/4-ounce)
- 1/4 cup plain dry bread crumbs
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Cooking Directions
- Slice the zucchini into 1/4-inch thick rounds. In a medium bowl, toss the zucchini with the oil. In a small bowl, combine the Parmesan, bread crumbs, salt, and a few turns of pepper. After that dip it into a Parmesan mix.
Helpful Hints
Depending on how crispy or soft you like your Zesty Zucchini Crisper's you can put them in a pre-heated at 425 Degrees for 30-45 minutes.
I like my Zesty Zucchini Crisper's really crisp so I always go the 40-45 minute route.
Make sure that they do not burn so always flip them every 10-12 minutes with a spatula.
