
Nut Butter/Honey Wrap
In the case you don’t wish to drink your breakfast every day, a nut-butter wrap is quick and delicious and chew-able. You can also pre-make these and stick them in the fridge.
Use whole-wheat tortillas and any nut-butter of your choosing. Peanut butter is always a delicious option, especially paired with jelly or honey. Almond butter is a healthier option, and sunflower seed butter is satisfying as well. My favorite nut butter of all time is roasted macadamia nut butter.
Nut butter gives you protein and leaves you full. Other things I add to my wraps: Chia seeds, flax meal, hemp seeds, and cinnamon. You can also up the health factor by adding fruit such as bananas or berries.
As you can see I am a fan of shoving as many healthy items as I can into one convenient little package that can be easily consumed each morning.
