I love licking my fingers at the dinner table when no one is looking. That is why I always prefer to make this over the traditional ‘cake-style' that you always see.

Besides, when you see that you have actually have eaten almost half of a cake you feel kind of guilty.

Oreo Cheesecake #5

36 pkg. OREO Cookies, divided
1/4 cup butter, melted
4 pkg. (8 oz. each) brick cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed

Not only do I make them for family dessert they are fantastic for taking to a dinner party as a gift to the host. They would also be perfect to take to the office or send to school with your children to celebrate birthdays or other special occasions. The kids love to decorate the cakes, let them go wild with crunching up Oreos and placing them on the top!
