It's Super Hard To Decide What You Will Fall In Love With More, Could It Be The Creamy Decadent Crab Sauce Or The Homemade Gnocchi? Ohhh This Is Tough!

If you've never had gnocchi before they are little potato dumplings. At first, I imagined a wood maker, whittling down potatoes into tiny little potatoes, then rolling them around in flour or coating, making them more than just tiny potatoes. Well, it turns out that is not quite how to make Gnocchi. In fact, it's a little easier than what was just described above. You'll be surprised that you haven't attempted to make them sooner. I've bought them at the store already made and attempted to make really great meals out of those packages, but the reality is, this is a food item that simply must be enjoyed at the freshest moment possible. Meaning, someone else needs to be making them from scratch for you at a restaurant, or you need to be getting your hands a little dirty for a a really big payoff.
