OMG, it was so delicious, this is our new favorite way of cooking chicken from now on! The kids loved it! They cleaned their plates and asked for seconds! Seriously, that's how good this dish is.
This pretty dish has a combination of peppers, artichoke hearts, onions and black olives swimming in a sea of tangy tomato sauce. We tried two different versions of this dish: with wine for a dinner only for adults, and with chicken broth instead of wine for a dinner that included children. Both versions were absolute hits.
