The Guide For Cooking With Oils

Olive oil is a staple in my kitchen and cooking routine. I use it in everything from stir-fries to omelettes, salad dressings to hair conditioner. The only other oil I use is usually canola or vegetable oil.

I've recently introduced other oils into my diet and I have experienced incredible results. I have so many delicious flavors stimulating my senses; even the most bland everyday dishes have been upgraded and altered. If your kitchen is stocked with an assortment of oils, you can change up a recipe and add variety to your days, without a bunch of ingredients.

For instance, replacing olive oil with sesame oil can instantly give your dish an Asian flair.

Many other oils are also exponentially more healthful and nutritious than olive oil. Hemp oil is considered a superfood and has an amazing nutty flavor.
