We're Speechless Right Now…
About a month ago, there was an article that came out that claimed a 7-year-old boy in Franklin, Ohio was trying to sell his own teddy bear in exchange for food.
Without luck and trying all day, the boy finally went up to a Police Officer because everyone else thought he was just trying to be cute. The Police Officer took it very seriously and couldn't believe the living conditions he was living in, with his other brothers and sisters.
At the house, the offers found feces smeared everywhere, no food in the house and cockroaches all living in a condemned house. The boy, and the rest of his siblings, were taken into protective custody, Teddy Bear included.
Now that the parents and guardians have been charged it gives us the satisfaction of knowing these kids will get a better life. However, when you see what ruling the judge passed down, you might get sick to your stomach all over again. We do not think it is fair that this happened at all, in fact we're outraged.
