Pickled Eggs for The Pickiest of Eaters

Nothing says Easter more than a bunch of left over eggs, right?

If you're anything like me, you've probably already spent half the week preparing for that special day. You spend all day boiling eggs, dipping eggs in colors and then hiding eggs…. Ugh, what a workout!

Before you know it, it's all over, everyone's gone home and your stuck with a bunch of cracked, old smelly eggs! Well, this simple recipe might be your savior so don't fret just yet….

However, when all is said and done, in reality there are only so many things you can do with eggs. Hard boiled, soft boiled, poached, and the ever amazing omelette. Take your pick. So However, in the spirit of all honesty, my absolute favorite are pickled eggs.

All you really need is a little patience, and the right brine. Before your now it, you'll have a nice jar of special goodness!

Instead of throwing a dozen of eggs out into the trash or letting the dog find one or two try this amazing recipe – Hey…. eggs are expensive!
