You Aren't Living Life To It's Fullest Until You've Made These Pork Chops & Gravy!!!
It's a good day when pork chops and gravy are on the menu. Pork chops take me back to my childhood, when I would come home from school and find my grandmother in the kitchen frying up some pork chops. It wasn't unusual to find her doing this, but every time felt like a special treat.
The days following would be filled with all the kids in the house sneaking cold pork chops from the fridge and eating them as a snack. When served immediately, we'd eat them with sourdough toast and german pickles. Not the most conventional paring for fried pork chops but it definitely worked.
With this recipe, I feel that I am passing that tradition down with my family. I love making memories with experiences centered around the dining room table.
