A Delicious Dinner Idea: Have You Tried Our Award Winning Barbecue Chicken Casserole Yet?

It takes only 25 minutes to prep, and less than an hour to prepare. So next time you come home from work and you're too tired to whip up something fancy for the family. I assure you this dish will taste better, and it can feeds up to six people.

Ingredients To Gather

    1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces

    1 can (16.3 oz)  Buttermilk biscuits

    1 bottle (18 oz) barbecue sauce

    2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz)

    3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro, if desired

Directions To Follow

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13×9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Cook chicken until no longer pink in center. Cool slightly, about 5 minutes.
  3. Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces.
  4. Place cooked chicken in bowl. Pour barbecue sauce over chicken; stir. Add biscuit dough pieces to chicken mixture; gently toss. Spread mixture evenly in baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over top.
  5. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Sprinkle cilantro over top.
