In each episode, the expert cook, Karnasiewicz, will offer tips, advice, and answers to the amateur cook, Humphreys. First up, eggs. Since the Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee recently eased up on cholesterol restrictions and gave eggs (yolk and all!) the green light, this breakfast food is back on the table.

This is a really cool idea, and we'll definitely be listening to all of their podcasts. We're especially excited that the first episode is all about eggs. This is a versatile food that's also pretty tasty, but doesn't get the attention we think it should.
