Things You Will Need:

1/4 cup butter, melted

1/2 cup all purpose flour

salt and pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 egg

1 tablespoon milk

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs

3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut in half

2 tablespoons buter, melted
How To Prepare:
- Start by preheating your oven to around 350 degrees. At this time you can prep your baking dish by coating with melted butter.
- Go ahead and get your chickening coating assembly line ready by having three bowls: one with your seasonings, one with the egg and milk, the other with bread crumbs and cheese. Dip chicken in season, then wet, then coating, then place in baking dish. Drizzle chicken with melted butter before placing in the oven.
- Bake your chicken for about 35 minutes, until the chicken is nice and golden brown and the chicken reaches an internal temp of 165 degrees.
