If you’re like me, you find it frustrating to have to click a picture to go to a recipe, then having to click yet another link (and possibly another)… I’ve decided to make it easier for the next person. If it hasn’t already been done, I copy and paste the recipe in the comments. So here it is:

    3 pounds of chicken, approx.
    2 tbs of olive oil
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    2 tbs ketchup
    1 cup honey
Garlic, salt and pepper to taste.

How To Prepare Your Baked Chicken

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
Place chicken in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Mix together the oil, soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour over the chicken.
Bake in preheated oven for one hour, or until sauce is caramelized.
    Finished!

All it will take is approximately an hour or until the sauce is caramelized. It’s that simple!

will the one hour cook the chicken and can it be with bone or does it have to be boneless.

Thank you Christina! I did click on the recipe and then the “next’ button and my computer went crazy telling me I had just loaded spyware onto my computer. I think it was a ruse to get me to call the number shown to get it removed by having to pay. I hate it when you click on a recipe and then have to keep clicking to find it or have to sign up e-mails. Thanks for taking the time to post. I am definitely going to try this recipe!

The key on this is to have skin on, not skinless chicken.

Bone in will help keep the chicken moist as it cooks. If using boneless, decrease cooking time.
