
Depending on how small or large your peaches are will determine how many you use. For instance, if you have fairly large peaches we recommend that you use 3. However, if you think your peaches are on the smaller size then you should definitely use 4.

3 to 4 fresh peaches

1/3 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup brandy (gluten free)

2 T butter

1/2 t ground cinnamon

1 t vanilla
Step By Step Directions To Follow

Wash and slice your peaches and put them into your crockpot. Cover with the brown sugar, brandy, the 2T of butter, and the cinnamon and vanilla. Butter will melt as it cooks.

Cover and cook for about 90 minutes, to 2 hours on high.

A delicious peach filling for a peach pie or tart. Make sure to serve this dessert with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. You can even drizzle a little more of the filling over it for a more delicious experience. If you do choose a pie with ice cream, the combination between hot and cold is great. We highly recommend it.
