All Of Your Favorites Inside One Hearty Casserole: Buffalo Chicken, Cheese & Roasted Potatoes

You will absolutely love how incredibly easy this dish is to make. In just over an hour, you'll have an amazing dinner that's ready to eat!

Let's Get Started…

Things You Will Need:

  • 1 1/4 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch strips

  • 1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce

  • 6 cups frozen (thawed) southern-style hash brown potatoes

  • 1 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing

  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)

  • 1 can (10 oz) condensed cream of celery soup

  • 1/2 cup corn flake crumbs

  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (3 to 4 medium)

How To Prepare:

  1. To start making this dish your want to start out by getting your oven ready and preheated it to 350 degrees and spraying your baking with with non stick spray.
  2. Mix together your chicken and wing sauce in a medium sized bowl.
  3. A a slightly larger bowl than the medium bowl, combine your potatoes, dressing, soup and cheese. Plop this mix in your baking dish. Then play your chicken in a single layer on top.
  4. In a small bowl you can mix up your bread crumbs and your butter, then sprinkle over your dish before you put it in the oven.
  5. Place foil over your creation, then put in the oven and bake for about thirty minutes. After your timer goes off, you'll remove the foil and then bake for an additional twenty minutes. At this point, potatoes should be tender and the juice from the chicken should no longer by pink when you take a knife through the chicken. Once we're at that point, you can finish by sprinkling with green onions before serving.

Finished!

Note: We love using red hot buffalo wing sauce, but if you're not really into the heat you can always modify this recipe and use teriyaki or some other sweeter sauce.

Happy Cooking & Enjoy!
