This is a salt and pepper free meatloaf, however, if you want to add some in it will only make it better. Some people like topping their meatloaf with BBQ sauce instead, which is a delicious substitute for ketchup if you want a smokey flavor.

Ingredients To Gather:
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup milk
1 cup Progresso™ Italian Style Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 lean ground beef
1/4 up ketchup for topping

- Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl mix all meatloaf ingredients and press mixture in ungreased 8×4-inch loaf pan.
- Bake at 350°F. for 40 minutes.
