- 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
- 1/2 cup Progresso™ Italian-style bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 small onion, finely chopped (1/4 cup)
- 1 egg
Directions To Follow:
- Start by heating the oven to 400 degrees and then lining a 13×9-inch pan with foil and coating with cooking spray.
- Next, mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Form the mixture into between 20 and 24 meatballs measuring 1 1/2 inch each.
- Place them 1 inch apart on the pan.
- Bake until they're no longer pink in the center, which should take between 18 and 22 minutes.
