Are You In The Mood To Fire Up The BBQ? Then Check Out This Grilled Cilantro Lime Ribeye Steak

It is highly unlikely that you are going to have any leftovers of this Cilantro Lime Steak but if you do then cut it up into bite sized pieces and have a delicious Steak, Breakfast Burrito in the morning.

The Ingredients To Gather:

  • 1½ Cup cilantro, loosely packed
  • 2 Tbls red wine vinegar
  • 2 each garlic cloves
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 each lime, juiced
  • 1 Tbls brown sugar
  • ¼ Cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ Cup parsley, loosely packed
  • 2 Tbls butter per steak

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

  1. Place all of the ingredients except the steak, garlic, butter and olive oil into a food processor or powerful blender. Rough chop the garlic and toss that in. Start pulsing the mixture and drizzle in the olive oil until it is pureed.
  2. Place steaks in a ziplock bag. Pour marinade over the steaks making sure it covers all sides and let sit in the fridge over night. Turn the bag over about half way through the marinating process.
  3. Cilantro Lime Marinated Grilled Ribeye Steaks, the marinade makes the steaks so juicy, tender and flavorful you don't even need any steak sauce!
  4. Preheat grill on high, turn to medium low heat and oil the grates. Cook steaks until desired doneness, let rest for about 5 minutes. While resting place 2 Tbls butter on each steak, letting it melt into the meat.
