These amazing pork chops make enough for four servings but if you need more, you can just double or triple the ingredients. You can use any kind of mustard that you want for this recipe. You can serve these with a vegetable, flavored rice or baked potato.

The Ingredients To Gather:

  • 1 slice white bread
  • 1/4 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
  • 1 tablespoon sage
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons canola oil

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

1. Place bread in food processor; pulse 10 times. Combine breadcrumbs, cheese, sage, salt, pepper. Place flour in another dish. Combine mustard, egg whites in another dish, whisk.

2. Dredge pork in flour. Dip pork into egg white mixture. Coat pork with breadcrumb mixture. Repeat with remaining pork.

Additional Directions To Follow:

  1. Heat your skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add your oil.
  3. Coat the pan.
  4. Place your pork chops in the pan.
  5. Cook them for 3 minutes per side.
