Baked… Never Fried: Dijon Chicken Tenders With Cheddar Breading

We think that the breading for this delicious Chicken Nugget Recipe is our favorite part. If you want to spice things up a bit for this then we suggest a little Cumin and Chili Powder to the mix would work perfect.

Here Is How To Make The Entire Recipe…

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

  1. Preheat oven to 475°

  2. Pulse the cheddar crackers in a food processor until finely ground.

  3. Transfer the crackers to a wide, shallow bowl and stir in the paprika.

  4. whisk the eggs with the Dijon mustard.

  5. Bread each tender by coating it in flour, shaking off excess, and then dipping it in the eggs.

  6. Bake the tenders, turning them over once, until they're golden brown, approx. 15 minutes total.

Finished!
